Arwen, it was indeed! Luckily, I had it around the time when I got lots of friend visiting, if not…uffff…we might have strawberry o.d. :)
I think the pistachio and crushed biscuits added abit of crunch and twist to the usual pannacotta, you should try it :)

That’s a lot of strawberries! It sounds like you came up with some great uses for them. The pistachio sounds lovely with the strawberry.
