about e

Hello,

I am eva natasa, an industrial designer who like to cook and take photograph of anything and everything. I rarely stay still, like this pic above when I was enjoying the spring sun in the park, I mostly do zillion things in the same time, and I am rather cheeky and like to tease people :) I like to wander around, I never really stay in a place for a long time.

I started everyday in january 2009 when I decided to take a break from being a full time industrial designer, I want to take a step back and think and feel about my raison d’etre. During this period, when I have the peace to really feel what my body and soul wants to do, one of the things I strongly want to do is cooking. Really really want to. I didn’t realise this before, but in my life, I have always been cooking: I cook when I am sad, I cook when I am happy, I cook when I am upset, I cook through many phase of emotion. I feel like I can let out what I feel inside through cooking. I often wonder if people can feel the emotion I transmit through food? And I think they can, and I want to share this :)

I am now still designing, in freelance base. Me and wonderful marco are temporarily living in Indonesia, we have additional member in our daily lives: lula, my funny cat :)

This blog is called everyday, because for me, cooking is not only about cooking, and food is not only about food, punto. It is about love and life in every single day.

I hope you enjoy it here, and try the recipes and experiment with it and share it, share love! :)

Big hug!

Yes I second everything she says above. I share her passion of cooking and my most precious memories of University time with Eva are the times we cooked together and shared the lovely food. She is a beautiful person and a great cook!
